Oil free pomfret fry in haldi leaves
Ingredients
4-5 pomfret small in size
1 inch Ginger
8-9 garlic pods
3-4 green chillies
One lime juice
Some coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
4-5 haldi leaves
Method
Clean and wash pomfret don’t cut into pieces let it be as it is.
Give slight cuts on both the side of pomfret
Make a paste of ginger, garlic, coriander leaves and green chillies.
Apply paste salt and lime juice to  pomfret and let it marinate at least for half an hour.
Clean haldi leaves and  weep the water completely.
Take a haldi leaf on a kitchen platform and placr marinated Pomfret on a leaf and Roll.  cover the pomfret fully with leaf. Roll all the pomfret accordingly.
Heat  Skillet and place the pomfret rolled in haldi leaves on a hot Skillet.
Let the pomfret cook evenly from both the sides.
Your dish is ready to serve.
