To look and feel beautiful and to make other ladies look and beautiful…..
This is what Nazrana Beig always dreamt .
Imagine her happiness when she realised that she herself could make her own dreams come true.

After having completed her 12 th Commerce, Nazrana who had a nature flare for designing decide and completed successfully a 1 year course in fashion designing.
However she thought her education was still incomplete, so she enrolled for her graduation in Commerce…Completely unaware of what was in store for her, one day she was accompanying a friend to an exhibition where her friend had a stall.

Looking around the various stall and the activities going on at the stalls fascinated Nazrana. That is when she realised that she too possessed an art within her.
She was a wonderful Mehandi artist which she had learnt practiced and developed during all the free time that she got.Hesitation and inconfidence prevailed over her fascination of perusing this art but this good friend that she had, gave her the confidence and the moral support to start working and polishing on the art that she had developed so patiently.

That was the starting point of Nazranas affair with the art of Mehandi designing and she hs never looked back since then. She started small at the exhibition itself, by taking smaller orders. The appreciation and money she earned, gave her bigtime confidence. On the 4th day of the exhibition, to her great surprise she was approached by a lady who was into event management. She approached Nazrana and asked her if she would like to work for an event company as a Mehandi artist.

There was nervous excitement for Nazrana who wanted to go ahead and take up the offer. However , coming from a conservative Muslim family she was not sure she would be allowed to take up the assignment.Convincing her parents was another Herculean task but she manged to cross that hurdle too. Finally she went to that event management company office to meet the lady who had offered her the assignment.Nazrana did her first big event in April 2004 at the Taj Exotica….ever since Nazrana has never looked back.

After having worked and gained sizable amount of experience Nazrana slowly built up her own team giving confidence and experience to girls like her who had this art within them and gave them the exposure to do well in life…something which she had got from this lady who approached her. It was payback time for Nazrana.
Thereafter she not only started taking independent assignments but side by side trained a number of girls and ladies to be proficient in this art.

She now has a wonderful team working with her and she takes up all kinds of events for different types of clients varying from Indian theme and destination weddings and functions to NRI weddings and functions too.Her Mehandi patterns include Indian mehndi designs, Arabic designs, info Arabic mandala figures and many more.

So as not to be left behind Nazrana keeps learning and experimenting with newer styles of mehandi design. Not only does she take independent orders with her team but she also co ordinates with other women entrepreneurs in the beauty business who need mehandi artist.Being a wife, a daughter in law and a mother has never stooped Narrana from perusing her dreams, as she has been getting a lot of moral support from her family which according to her is the greatest boon and a major reason behind her success

Ask Nazrana what she is most happy about…pat comes the reply...”I am the happiest that I could make my hobby my profession as not many people are fortunate enough to do the work that gives them satisfaction. Hence I never feel I am working when I am on an assignment.
