Kmarie Homecafé*– located in Porvorim just 200 metres off chogm road in a peaceful residential locality.
*Concept* Home made food with love and care. Food is freshly prepared from pan to plate.
*Run by* Poonam Khanvilkar Lopes and her husband Kenneth Lopes who is an aircraft engineer working with an airline at Dabolim airport. Poonam also has 10 years of working experience with airlines.
Kmarie ambience*– Poonam is passionate about craft and handmade stuff. She believes in the recycling, upcycling and re using concepts. She had decorated her cafe as well as her home along with her husband using these concepts. The Homecafé is cozy and beautifully decorated with a personal touch. Kmarie* is named after her 7 yr old daughter Kate marie who is the inspiration behind Poonam’ s baking journey.
*Kmarie timings* 11am to 7pm from Tuesday to Saturday.

Breakfast Sunday*– the idea was conceptualized to give a break to home makers from their kitchens so they could enjoy the Sunday mornings with family and friends at breakfast. Serving healthy, home cooked, yummy meals this has turned out to be a big hit and you will find the cafe always full on a Sunday .

What started as baking cakes and other goodies for her daughter Kate eventually turned in a business of cake making. Orders stated pouring in for birthdays and weddings.
This place is a sure winner when it comes to the susegaad Sunday way of life. Poonam handles the kitchen on her own so you need to have patience when you visit this place and soak in the ambience. Right now they are renovating the place for a larger seating capacity.
