This vegetable is made with jackfruit pods and its seeds and it is a totally onion-garlic free dish.
This recipe is mostly prepared in Goa and Konkan region during the season of jackfruit.
1 cup raw jackfruit pods chopped 
1/4 cup jackfruit seeds chopped into small pieces
3-4 green chilies, 
4-5 black pepper
1cup freshly grated coconut
1 tsp jaggery
Salt as per taste
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp turmaric powder
Pinch asitofoda
1tsp oil.
Firstly in mixi jar add chilli & black pepper. Grind.
Add fresh grated coconut. Grind coarsely.
Heat oil in kadai.add mustard seeds.when mustard seeds star cracking add pinch of Hing.
Add jackfruit seeds pieces and cook until they soften by adding little water.
Once seeds cooked add turmeric powder, jaggery,salt, jackfruit pods pieces and the ground mixture of coconut.
Mix well all together. Cook for 5 mints.

Our jackfruit pods without onion-garlic bhaji is ready to serve.
