This state of the art ISO 9001:2008 certified manufacturing unit was set up on 4000 sqmts of land at Usgao Tisk, Goa. Total manufacturing capacity of which is 10,000 sq mts per month, which is complemented by a fleet of 5 commercial vehicles for uninterrupted supply all around Goa. The factory is equipped with steam curing facility, for uniform watering and curing of pavers and production process is controlled through Cimplicity HMI software, licensed from GE Fanuc (of USA). This automatic process ensure’s highest quality and strength.
To meet the ever growing demand for requirement of exterior flooring in Goa, a second
manufacturing facility was envisioned.
M/s Classic Pavers was established which is into manufacture of interlocking pavers, paving tiles and the entire range of exterior flooring products in Goa. State of the art Italian machinery is used to manufacture pavers with unique finish like weathered, shot blasted, stone finish and the like. Total production capacity of this plant is 10,000 sqmt of exterior flooring products per month. The unit is located in Pissurlem Industrial Estate, Sattari, Goa on an area of 4000 sqmts.
With Exflors commitment of assured supply, guaranteed load bearing capacity, a wide range of colours, shapes, textures & thickness of products, makes hardscaping and beautification job even more simpler. Products of varying thickness, colour and texture like matt finish, glossy, shot blasted, natural stone, wood finish and many more are imparted based on the usability and customer preferences. The products have coveted ISI mark and are approved by Government
agencies like PWD, GSIDC, GSUDA, MPT, Airport Authority of India and petroleum companies.
