Very tasty to eat.

Ingredients
2 Raw Banana
2 tsp. Red chilli powder
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
4-5 tbsp semolina
As needed Oil for shallow fry
Method
Take a raw banana. Peel the top layer of skin retaining some amount of skin.
Slice them in thin pieces.
Add red chilli powder, salt and turmeric powder and mix well. Keep it for marinating for 10-15 minutes.
Coat each slice of banana in semolina.
Heat pan for shallow fry. Add little oil and place banana slices. Add some oil on top and close the pan with lid.
Let it cook for 4-5 mints. In low medium flame. After one side is done flip the slices to other side this time don’t cover pan with lid.

Fry nice and crispy. Raw Banana kaap is ready to serve.
