Potato 6 nos
Onion paste 2 table spoon
Ginger Paste 1 table spoon
Garlic Paste  1 table spoon
Jeera Powder 1 tea spoon
Dhania Powder 1 teaspoon
Haldi Powder 1 teaspoon
Garam masala powder 1 tea spoon
2 table spoon curd
Salt and sugar to Taste
Ghee 2 tablespoon
cooking oil 4 table spoon
Fresh dhania chopped for garnish
Fry the potato in shallow oil. Take them out when light brown. In the same oil add the onion paste and fry till Golden brown, add ginger, garlic,salt,
Sugar( if the curd is sour) haldi powder,dhania powder, jeera powder, curd pour a little water so that your masala doesn’t burn. when the oil in the masala comes up then add the potato and cover and cook adding water occasionally little by little. As the masala and the potatoes get cooked you will find that the water has got absorbed. Put the gas into sim mode and add ghee and Garam Masala. switch off the Gas and add the garnish and serve.
